Electric Bicycles are an important means of transportation for people's daily travel. Guiding outdoor charging of Electric Bike is an important measure to eliminate safety hazards and ensure electrical safety. However, in some areas, the charging behavior is not standardized and the charging fees are high, which affects the enthusiasm of the public for outdoor charging. In order to rectify safety hazards of Electric Bicycles , standardize charging behavior, guide the reasonable formation of charging service charging standards, and promote the reduction of the charging burden on the public, our province will standardize the charging behavior of electric bicycles.

 

Charging fees are separated into price and cost, and prices are strictly marked. The charging fees for outdoor Electric Bicycle charging facilities mainly include charging electricity and service fees, which will be marked and priced separately. For charging facilities that currently do not have the conditions for separate measurement of electricity, the operating units of charging facilities shall, in principle, fully implement separate measurement of charging electricity from January 1, 2025. In charging places, mobile phone applications, WeChat official account and other eye-catching locations, the charging facility operator will clearly mark the charging price, service fee items and charging standards, and shall not charge any fees not marked.
